Danny Van Dyke is a dynamic and detail-driven Senior Billing & Administrative Specialist who plays a central role in managing Alisme Law’s financial operations and administrative systems. With over a decade of experience in financial administration, project management, and business operations, Danny brings a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to operational excellence.

In her role, Danny oversees billing, collections, and payroll processing, supporting firmwide systems optimization, team coordination, and data reporting. Her ability to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency ensures that the firm’s operations run smoothly and effectively behind the scenes.

Before joining Alisme Law, Danny served as Founder and Financial Administrator of Alder and Oak Building Co., where she managed all aspects of financial operations from forecasting and accounts payable/receivable to payroll and compliance. Her entrepreneurial leadership helped establish the company as one of Idaho’s leading contractors within two years. She also held a key administrative role at MindClick, where she led CRM initiatives, supported marketing operations, and strengthened internal communications.

Danny holds a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from Boise State University. Known for her strategic problem-solving, adaptability, and steady professionalism, Danny supports Alisme Law’s mission of operational precision and client-focused service.
