Chalsea Valdes brings a unique blend of legal, administrative, and digital marketing experience to her role as Legal Assistant. A graduate of the University of Houston–Downtown with a BBA in International Business and a minor in Marketing, Chalsea is a detail-oriented and highly organized professional who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Prior to joining our firm, Chalsea worked as a Legal Assistant at a Criminal Law Firm in Houston, where she supported multiple attorneys in litigation matters by managing filings, coordinating court dates, organizing discovery, and serving as a professional point of contact for clients and courts alike. Her ability to build trust and maintain strong communication contributed to both smoother trial preparation and client satisfaction.

In addition to her legal background, Chalsea has experience in customer service and social media marketing, having worked as a freelance digital strategist and a customer service agent. Her tech-savvy approach and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish make her an asset to both our team and our diverse client base.
