Partnership Dispute Red Flags: Why “Let’s Just Shake Hands” Is a Legal Risk

Many business owners enter partnerships with optimism, but optimism alone doesn’t hold up in court. A handshake deal might feel trustworthy, but it’s one of the most common causes of partnership disputes we see at Alisme Law.
